CafeSmart unites coffee makers and coffee drinkers

Join your industry for a day of action to help people in your region, town or suburb.

Cafes pledge to donate $1 per coffee sold on the day.  Roasters help out with donated beans and we pledge to create the buzz and distribute 100% of funds raised to help people who are homeless.

Join the team:

  • be part of the biggest cafe based fundraiser across the nation with over 540 other cafes
  • bring in potential new customers to familiarise them with your offering, this is great for marketing your business
  • 40 + top coffee roasters support their cafes with donated beans
  • it’s local – your donations will support people in need in your suburb or region
  • it’s meaningful, fun and gets people talking – connecting your customers and staff
  • StreetSmart will support cafes with…
    • a locator on our Google Map so supporters can find you
    • #CafeSmart Social Media Campaign to build supporters and community involvement
    • in venue collateral such as posters/stickers/collection box
    • other media opportunities, e.g. local newspapers, radio, Broadsheet, Beanscene, Herald Sun, The Age, SMH and many more

It's a great community based initiative, allowing us and our customers to contribute. To know a small effort on our part can make a big difference in someone’s life is very rewarding

Gabby Haralambopoulos, Gridlock Coffee

We participate as both a cafe and a roaster. One of my friends has a mental illness and when he’s unwell he hits the streets. I help to go out and look for him. StreetSmart is very hands on and grass roots.

David Rosa, Bay Coffee
